Pork and Rice

Here's another easy-to-make recipe is made by mixing canned foods together. It's easy to make and there will be plenty left over (unless you have a really large family)! Thanks to Marlene!

1 to 2 lbs Pork Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 box Fried Rice A Roni with Almonds
1 Can Mushroom Bits & Pieces, drained
  Low Sodium Soy Sauce


Cut pork steak into bite size pieces and brown in heated skillet. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Prepare Rice A Roni according to package directions except when it's time to add the seasonings and water, add meat and mushrooms.

Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with Low Sodium Soy Sauce prior to serving.
