Easy Meat Loaf

2 lbs	Lean Ground Beef (1)
1 Pkg	Stuffing mix for beef (2)
1 Cup	Water
1/2 Cup	Ketchup divided into 1/4 cups
2 Med	Eggs, beaten
1 Pkg	Ranch Salad Dressing Mix

Mix all of the ingredients except for 1/4 cup Ketchup. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf pan. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup Ketchup. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until center is no longer pink.

Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Suggestions:

May substitute ground turkey
