Brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Add the soup (undiluted), chili beans and chili powder. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes. If the chili is too thick, add water and simmer until thoroughly heated. Garnish with shredded cheese and chopped onion. Serve with tortilla chips. |
