Pan fry the ground beef until brown. Drain the fat and add the refried beans. Stir until well blended. Add picante sauce and heat thoroughly. Spoon 2 to 3 Tablespoonfuls onto a flour tortilla, top with grated cheese. Fold up the bottom of the tortilla and then roll it into a burrito. Options: Substitute ground turkey for beef, top with: "Texas Red Sauce", sour cream, black olives, chopped onion, etc. |
