Beer Bread

3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
1 12oz Can Room Temperature Beer
2 TBS Sugar
  Melted Margarine

 

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix flour with beer in a large bowl. Add sugar and mix until blended. Pour batter into pre-greased loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes, top with melted margarine, bake 10 more minutes.

Cool before slicing.
