No Bake Oatmeal Cookies
Add peanut butter, oats and chopped nuts. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let set in refrigerator.

| 1 Cup | Raisins |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 1 Cup | Shortening |
| 1 Cup | Flour |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| 2 tsp | Baking Powder |
| 3 ½ Cups | Quick Oats |
| 1 Cup | Sugar |
Preheat oven to 350° F
Pour boiling water over raisins, let sit.
Combine all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
Drain the raisins, then stir in with the other ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet
Bake 12 - 15 minutes.

| 2 Cups | Old-fashioned Oats |
| 1 ½ Cup | All-purpose flour |
| 1 ½ tsp | Cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 large | Egg |
| 1 Cup | Sugar |
| 1 Cup | Melted butter (cooled)* |
| 1 tsp | Dark Molasses |
| ¼ Cup | Milk |
| 2/3 Cup | Chopped Nuts |
* 2 sticks
Preheat oven to 350° F
Mix together oats, flour, cinnamon, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl mix together egg and sugar, add butter and continue mixing until completely mixed, then add molasses and milk and mix again
Add oat mixture and pecans.
Scoop level measures of dough onto cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet before serving.

| 1 Cup | Softened Butter or Margarine |
| 1 tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 tsp | Ground Cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 3 Cups | Old-fashioned Oats |
| 1 1/3 Cup | All-purpose Flour |
| 1 Cup | Raisins (optional) |
Preheat oven to 350° F
Beat all ingredients except oats, flour and raisins in large bowl.
Stir in oats, flour and raisins.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light brown.
