Baby, the Gorilla
Baby, the Gorilla
This is the story of Baby, the Gorilla, and how he became part of Randy's
Homestead.
This story starts when the stork left this package on Linda's doorstep (Linda
is a very nice lady). He had one picture with him. It was very crumpled with
"mama 98" written on the back. The picture looks like Baby's Momma and it was
probably taken in 1998. Linda smoothed out the picture and put it in a little
frame for him. (See, I told you she was nice!)

Without asking any questions, Linda took this little bundle of love into her
home and adopted him as her own. She named him "Baby," and even though he has
gotten older, the name still suits him fine. (Gorillas are pretty adaptable, so
he could probably be re-named, but why?)
Baby has the sweetest personality. His little face just makes you want to hug
him to pieces! He sleeps in his basket. He is quite well behaved. He eats
bananas, bamboo leaves, grasses and flower petals for snacks.
He has two toy monkeys. One is a beanie-bag toy and the other is
a finger puppet. He loves these. He also has a toy stuffed lion
which probably reminds him of his former home.
